Damaged & Defective Item Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refund or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect order, unwanted items, or any other reasons.
We have a 7-day damaged and defective item replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
We do not offer refund for defective or damaged items unless a replacement is unavailable.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer replacement of the defective parts or the entire item at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

Provide:

- Photos showing the damage or defect
If your replacement request is accepted, we might need you to return the damaged or defective item at our discretion.
Important:
We only replace items with the same product, color, and size (if applicable).
We do not offer exchanges for different items, styles, or colors.
If the item is no longer available, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
